What is the CircuitRunners Newsletter?
At CircuitRunners Robotics, we’re all about pushing the boundaries of innovation, teamwork, and engineering excellence. From shop updates and project highlights to important events and team milestones, we’re here to keep you informed and engaged.
Once a month, we will publish an informative newsletter, keeping you updated on all the latest events and news CircuitRunners has. We will include a calendar of upcoming events, as well as a summary of the key things that we are doing as a club. We hope you enjoy it!
Upcoming Dates:
FRC District Championship - April 8-11
FRC District Qualifying Event (Dalton)
From March 5-7, our FRC 1002 team competed at the Peachtree District Dalton Event. Our team ranked 2nd in the Peachtree district, 2nd overall in Georgia, 74th in the nation, and 83rd worldwide.

FRC 1002 joined Alliance 1 with Team 6919 (The Commodores) and Team 5900 (The Fighting Mongooses). Our alliance placed first at the event and took home the win for the first time since 2004! The team also received the Excellence in Engineering Award! We have also qualified for District Championships in April.
Congrats to our entire team, alliance partners, and all the other teams at the event. And finally, thank you to all the mentors, volunteers, and sponsors who made this event possible.

FRC District Qualifying Event (Albany)

On the weekend of March 26th, our FRC 1002 team competed once again at the Peachtree District Albany Event. 1002 was the Alliance 2 captain with teams 6919 (The Commodores) and 6905 (Raiders of the ARC- TEAR-A-BYTE) joining. Our team and alliance went to win the entire event.
FRC 1002 also won the Autonomous Award, which is given to teams with the most consistent, reliable, and high-performance robot operation during the autonomous period, highlighting excellence in sensing, positioning, and task execution without human control. Robots that achieve this typically demonstrate advanced and reliable routines that have effective sensors.

Our team made Circuitrunners history this year by winning both qualification events and bringing home two blue banners! We are currently ranked 2nd in the entire state of Georgia!
We couldn’t be more proud of our FRC 1002 team and look forward to the rest of the season and DCMP!
Support Circuitrunners!
Competitions costs, robot building costs, and travel costs can pile up for our students. Everything we do at Circuitrunners requires money, from maintaining our shop to acquiring the best building materials.
Help our organization and your students by contributing to our GoFundMe! Our goal is $20,000, and while members are encouraged to donate $200, any amount truly makes a huge difference. As a nonprofit, every donation goes directly towards, robot building, competition registration, and travel costs, as this year, two of our teams are already confirmed to go to Worlds!
We have already reached $15,290 and need $4,710 more to reach our goal of $20,000!

Thank you so much for all your support!
Sponsor Shoutout
A special thank you to Parker’s 3D Prints, ClickUp, Cobb County, GM, Canva, Gene Haas, Elro Signs, Signs and More Inc., Kantan Solutions, Automation Direct, PolyMaker who have supported us and allowed us to keep doing what we do at Circuitrunners. We would not be able to build our robots, compete, and uplift our community without our amazing sponsors!

How Can You Get Involved With Circuitrunners?
Circuitrunners is a student-led, student-driven organization, but none of our amazing achievements would have been possible without the invaluable support of our teachers, parents, sponsors, and mentors. As high school students, we deeply value the experience, wisdom, and knowledge you bring to the table - whether it’s programming expertise, mechanical skills, business sense, or marketing proficiency.
In addition to your time and expertise, any financial support would be greatly appreciated. Whether it’s a small donation or sponsoring one of our events, every contribution makes a significant difference.
If you know about schools or communities that can get involved with CircuitRunners, send us as email at: [email protected] or visit our website: www. circuitrunners.org
We are truly grateful for everything you are doing for Circuitrunners! Thank you!
